      • Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the approved methods provided by the SACCO.

    • Money Transfers

    • Loan Disbursements
      • Approved loans will be disbursed according to the SACCO’s policies and the member’s designated account as indicated in the application.
      • Members will be informed of the disbursement schedule and terms via notifications through the app and/or SMS.
    • Loan Repayments
      • Members are responsible for ensuring timely payments to avoid penalties.
      • Automated reminders will be sent via the app and/or SMS to assist members in keeping track of repayment dates.
      • Late payments may incur additional charges as per SACCO policies.

      • In case of default, the SACCO will follow the outlined collection procedures.
      • Members will be notified of any actions taken in accordance with the SACCO’s policies through notifications as described in the SACCO’s recovery policy.
